Refund Policy
At Threadesk, we want you to have confidence in using our platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions, AI credit purchases, and other payments made through Threadesk.

1. Overview
Threadesk is a subscription-based software service that helps businesses manage customer orders, payments, receipts, and customer relationships from WhatsApp conversations through AI-assisted workflows. Because Threadesk provides immediate access to digital services after purchase, refunds are only available in the situations described in this policy.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the billing interval you select (monthly or annually). Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, your account immediately receives access to the features included in your selected plan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to your subscribed features until the billing period expires.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.
4. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription. Payments successfully processed for a renewal are generally non-refundable.
5. AI Credit Purchases
Threadesk may allow customers to purchase additional AI credits separately from their subscription. Because AI credits become immediately available for use after purchase, purchases of AI credit bundles are generally non-refundable. Unused AI credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless required by applicable law.
6. Situations Where Refunds May Be Granted
We may issue a full or partial refund in situations such as:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment error.
- You were charged after a verified technical error caused by Threadesk.
- A billing error occurred that resulted in an incorrect amount being charged.
- Your payment was successfully processed but the purchased subscription or credits were never delivered to your account due to a verified system issue.
- We determine, at our sole discretion, that issuing a refund is appropriate.
Each refund request is reviewed individually.
7. Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Unused subscription time.
- Unused AI credits.
- Dissatisfaction resulting from features that are clearly described before purchase.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of our Terms and Conditions.
8. Fraud Prevention
Threadesk reserves the right to decline refund requests where fraud, abuse, misuse of the platform, or attempts to circumvent our billing systems are suspected. Accounts associated with fraudulent payment activity may be suspended or permanently restricted.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could result in temporary suspension of your Threadesk account while the payment dispute is investigated.
10. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us and include:
- Your account email address.
- The payment date.
- The payment amount.
- The payment reference or transaction ID.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to review refund requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
11. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page together with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Threadesk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
